Delaware Life is pleased to announce the appointment of two Divisional Sales Managers: Matt McGinley, a new addition to the team, and Rich Cockerill, a familiar face.

Our Divisional Sales Managers will be responsible for coaching, leading, and inspiring our team of Direct Wholesalers. They will oversee their divisions and tailor strategies that improve their team’s communication skills and help them exceed their sales goals.

Get to know our Divisional Sales Managers:

Matt McGinley is new to Delaware Life and will cover the West Coast. He started his career with Sun America as an Internal Wholesaler. He also previously worked for Planco Financial Services and then Ohio National, where he began his leadership journey. Matt will move from Kansas to Arizona with his wife, Erica, and two teenage children.

“Matt brings deep experience in wholesaling and sales leadership to Delaware Life. He has spent the last decade growing his passion for coaching, driving growth, and building strong partnerships—all of which will be great assets to Delaware Life,” Colin added.

Rich Cockerill, who has been with Delaware Life since the inception of the Direct Wholesaling team in 2020, was promoted and will cover the East Coast. He previously worked for Planco Financial Services, Lincoln Financial Distributors, Prudential Financial, and National Life Group. Rich lives with his wife, Jen, in Minnesota, and they have two adult children.
